Qualifying

P4. Found some clean air and managed to set a decent lap time to set us up for the races ahead.

Race 1

A decent getaway saw me move up to third before the chicane while still on the boot lid of the two leaders in front. An incident at Duffus saw me move down to P4. One lap later I managed to take advantage of those ahead getting caught up between themselves and move into P2. Some great racing with the championship leader Robbie saw us dicing for the lead but unfortunately, I couldn’t find a way by and finished 2nd.

Race 2

A good start again saw me and Robbie side by side into Duffus and again, I couldn’t get the move done, however, the next lap I managed to make the move into 1st. A slight mistake at the chicane saw me momentarily drop down to 2nd but a cut back at Clarks gave me the overlap into the hairpin. Held onto 1st to the end of the race!

Race 3

Started P5 and after a poor start, I dropped down to 7th. Head down, I managed to work my way up the field. With 2 laps to go, I was up to 2nd and made a move at the hairpin which saw me drop down to third as I found myself in the gravel. One lap to go, I managed to get the gap back down 2nd and got the move done at the hairpin.

P1 & P2 x 2

A fantastic weekend with fantastic weather. We stay 2nd in the championship with some ground to find to 1st, but there’s still a long way to go.

Thank you as always to the orange army, the guys and girls do a fantastic job of looking after us when we are out there.

Again, a huge thanks to my sponsors, friends, and family for all there support! Let’s keep the momentum going!

Last but not least, a huge thanks to the guys at Minimax Motorsport, glad I could reward you with shinies after a tough week!
